A yellow-skinned, yellow-fleshed variety with good resistance to temperature shocks and water stress. Its excellent colour (low levels of reducing sugars) makes it suitable for producing sliced potato crisps and for industrial processing. It can be stored for a very long time at lower temperatures than classic market varieties.
