Sagitta

Early cycle
Parentage: (Gallia x RZ 86-2918)

Early-maturing, multi-purpose variety characterised by producing large tubers and high yields. Recommended for peeling (does not oxidise over time) and ideal for packing not only due to its skin finish, but also thanks to its high resistance to bruising. Resistant to common scab and late blight. Excellent for frying.
